Sutti Babu meaning and his Sansad Showdown moves
"Sutti Babu" is a viral internet nickname, and in Sansad Showdown it is the name of a fighter on Team Viral who joined the game on 4 November 2026. The game itself does not explain the meaning of the name, and we could not find a reliable source for where the nickname itself started.
What the game does show is where his humour comes from: his move names echo catchphrases that spread online as memes, and his Super is called Time Is Money.

Sutti Babu meaning and the meme behind the moves
Sansad Showdown gives every fighter a made-up cartoon name, and Sutti Babu is one of them. His team name, Team Viral, points at internet fame. Several of his move names echo catchphrases from viral video clips and memes: "jaldi the late" (the game flips it into Late The Jaldi Combo), "home from work" and "money follows". Outlook India rounded up these catchphrases in August 2026.
Sutti Babu is widely read by players and media as a caricature of actor-MP Ravi Kishan. The game itself does not name any real person.
Sutti Babu in Sansad Showdown
Sutti Babu and Rail Raja were added to the Sansad Showdown game on 4 November 2026, taking the roster to eight playable netas plus the boss, Mbapu. To pick him, tap his face on the select screen on a phone, or use ← → on a keyboard and press Enter to start.
Matches follow the usual rules: rounds last 60 seconds and the first fighter to win two rounds takes the match.

His Super: Time Is Money
A giant coin-clock freezes time; its coins come alive as a dragon that follows him, strikes with him three times and coils into a giant coin that rolls the opponent flat, for 30% damage.
Like every Super, it needs a full SHAKTI meter, which fills as you fight. Press L or Space on a keyboard, or tap SUPER on a phone.
Voice lines, including the Diwali Special
| When | Normal line | Diwali Special line |
|---|---|---|
| Intro | "Jaldi aao, late mat karo!" | "Diwali mein bhi paisa follow karta hai!" |
| Win | "Main late nahi, jaldi jeeta!" | "Sutti Babu ne Diwali loot li!" |
The Diwali Special is on by default right now, and the Diwali lines in the table come with it. Adding ?diwali=0 to the end of the game's address turns the Diwali mode off. The "late" and "jaldi" wordplay in his normal lines and the "paisa follow" line for Diwali carry the same catchphrases as his moves.
How to play Sutti Babu
All fighters share the same damage multiplier (1.0 in the game's settings), so in a normal match Sutti Babu's hits are no stronger or weaker than anyone else's. The difference is movement. He walks forward at 2.25 and back at 1.75, a touch quicker than MitraMan (2.2) but slower than Deedee (2.4), the fastest walker. His jump is the standard 7.6.
- Step in, then string hits together. He walks forward faster than five of the other eight fighters, so he gets into punching range a little sooner. Go straight into a combo string such as JJK once you are close.
- Block, then answer. Hold the direction away from your opponent to block. When their attack ends, reply with Money Follows Punch (→J) or Superstar Step Kick (→K).
- Keep the Super for a clean moment. Time Is Money does 30% damage, so there is no rush to fire it the instant the meter fills. Keep it for the moment a big chunk of damage can decide the round.
- Learn him on Easy first. Press 1 on the select screen for the Easy CPU. Its block chance in the game's settings is 18%, against 45% on Normal, so you can practise his specials before moving up.
In-game satire, not news
Sutti Babu is a cartoon caricature in a political satire game. The game opens with a satire notice saying it is not affiliated with any leader, party, government body or news organisation. His moves and lines are in-game satire, and this guide only describes them. The other eight characters are on the characters page.
Checked against the live game on 7 November 2026.
